- At least one of the authors of the paper should pre-
register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the conference
program. This year conference will
be at the Murray Edwards College (New Hall College)
Cambridge University, Cambridge, UK.
This is 5 minute walk from City Center.
- I have posted a link to Bed & Breakfasts in the
Cambridge area. We are also in
process of negotiating rates with some of the local hotels (their rates
may well be around GBP £ 130-140).
One can also stay at London City Hotels (around GBP £ 80-150 and
take a bus/train to Cambridge). The train takes about an hour to
Cambridge from Liverpool station in London. The best site to get
good rates for London hotels is www.londontown.com.
One other option will be to stay at Stansted Airport and take a train to
Cambridge. The two hotels at Stansted
Airport are Hilton and SAS Radisson.
- The conference proceedings will be published on a CD
with an ISBN number.
The conference fee will include delegate lunches
on all days, coffee/tea breaks (twice daily), and Wine reception (June 28th),
proceedings (CD) etc...
